Artist Profile

'Capturing beauty in the simplicity of life' is the ethos behind Sarah Braybrook Art.

Formally trained at Adelaide Central School of Art, Sarah has enjoyed not only working with oil paint, but the alluring combination of colour pencil and gouache. The use of these mediums offer a complexity, depth and warmth that is consistant throughout her body of work, and beautifully blends traditional fine art and illustration techniques. Sarah's work has landed recognition internationally, with USA publication
'Ann Kullberg's CP Hidden Treasures'.

Sarah was winner of the Australian Society of Authors Picture Book Illustration Mentorship Program in 2009, where she worked under the guidance of esteemed illustrator Craig Smith. Sarah exhibits her work throughout the Adelaide Hills Community, and enjoys working colaboratively with clients to create meaningful and unique commission pieces.
